Terms and Conditions

-Products

The products are all handmade by me with the greatest possible accuracy. Since they are handmade products you may encounter some small imperfections, it is proof that the product you have in your hands was made by a person and not a machine. Please note that the color you see on your screen may be slightly lighter or darker. This is unfortunately the fault of your screen or of my picture, or both. There is not much we can do about it.

-Order and Payments
When you place an order I'll send you a mail confirming everything and star working on your order.
You will be able to make payments conveniently through Stripe or PayPal, which will guarantee both absolute security and give us guarantees. Prices are quoted in euros and already charge of taxes.

-Shipping

You will be responsible for shipping costs and any customs charges. Outside the European Union (EU), customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. The payment of these duties and sums are your sole responsibility.
After the shipping I will send you the tracking number of your package. I'll not be responsible if the courier will be late or there are any hiccups but if something goes wrong you can write to me  and I will  help you to the best of my ability. f the package does not reach you it will be sent back to the sender. I will be sure to notify you every step of the way, but if you want it back you will only have to repay the shipping costs.

-Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it to me and I will exchange it for the same type of item. We will, however, split the shipping costs in half. Write to me quietly, There is no need to argue, the thing I care about is for you to be happy not to be right necessarily.
Remember though, I am not responsible if you take the measurements wrongly. Take them as carefully as you can, follow the instructions and have someone help you. Especially for the head, alone it is almost impossible to get them right. If you want to send a product back you have 7days to do it and the items  must be intact, unwashed and unworn with the original label and packaging in the package where it was shipped.

-Privacy
I will use your information only to ship the packages and, if you wish, to add you to the newsletter through which I will send you news about offers, new pieces or the arrival of new and fancy fabrics.
